Phoinix Foundation for Gamers is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization which seeks to harness the extraordinary power of on-line video gaming to address the most pressing issues young adults face today: bullying, bigotry, social isolation, depression, and over-eating. A little competitive banter over text or voice chat is all but expected when gaming with strangers. However, it's becoming increasingly difficult to play games online without encountering derisive homophobic comments or other hateful speech; which can lead to further isolation, low self-esteem, depression, and even suicide in extreme cases.

Phoinix Foundation provides support, visibility and shared resources to young gamers which promote healthy family values, mutual respect for others, and continuing education. Founded in 2009, Phoinix Foundation for Gamers acts as a knowledge base and resource hub to help young gamers on their turf – within their gaming clan or community.

Our Mission and goal is the betterment of the children and their families in our communities. We believe that all of our kids have a right to succeed and make a difference in this world through education and family values. In gaining the tools needed to succeed in life, we also believe that our children will have a way to achieve ther ambitions in life.
